First of all, the speed door COAD high speed door(ประตูไฮสปีด) provides a wind-bar which connects the sheet to each other to increase the resistance of the wind.
It relieves the build-up of the sheets and supports them to keep them from falling off the rails.
However, you should be prepared in special cases, such as typhoons, because the factory door does not aimed at holding the wind like a storm.
It is recommended to keep the automatic door open when wind gusts above the normal level to reduce wind pressure.
Once the strong winds have died down, you will be able to use the speed door(ประตูความเร็วสูง) again.
Sometimes you say that industrial automation doesn't work normally.
The first thing to check is the safety sensor.
For safety reasons, the high speed door is designed to stop PCC door movement if objects are detected by the photo sensor for more than three minutes.
If the controller shows error code S and the high speed automatic door does not work, check if there is anything underneath the automatic door and if there is raindrop or foreign object on the sensor.
Remove the objects between the automatic doors, wipe the sensor, and turn the controller off completely! All the letters in the display window will disappear, and S will disappear and the product will operate normally.
