Mostly, other competitors said they could not install the industrial door(ประตูผ้าใบเปิดปิดอัตโนมัติความเร็วสูง) in this location. So, customer should pay removal cost of original door. WIND-BAR AND WIND-LOCK SYSTEM

COAD-1 has wind-bar and wind-lock system to prevent the breakaway of sheets. Those structures hold each sheets on the rail and it is worth in the place under the windy condition. Additionally, customers could replace the each sheet by themselves. Pull out wind-bar and replace the wind-bar with new sheet. COAD Thailand not sell the ready-made high speed door(ประตูอัตโนมัติความเร็วสูง), but produces the rapid door(ประตูความเร็วสูง) after measurement service. So, industrial door(ประตอุตสาหกรรม) is perfectly fitted in the space without gap. Also, COAD puts diagonal brush on the rail to prevent the inflow of dust and insects from outside. This is compared to other competitors used parallel brush.

SHEET

As you see the picture, the sheet looks like strength. WHY? COAD Thailand uses 2T sheet rather than 1T sheet. 2T is thicker and more tough so it is durable to maintain the high speed door(ประตูผ้าใบเปิดปิดอัตโนมัติความเร็วสูง). However, other companies use 1T sheet because they do not have the technology to handle the 2T sheet and highest price. Even though COAD Thailand uses 2T sheet, we do not request to pay extra cost. This is basic specification for all customers.
