COAD-3: Automatic recovery type


This is COAD-3,an industrial automatic door for automatic recovery.
It has a system that, as its name suggests, automatically recovers if the sheet leaves the rail due to an external impact.
The right and left frames are fitted with tooth-type "tooth," which holds the sheet tightly. The tooth made of high-strength plastic is used for automatic door up and down movement.
Normally, tooth help to operate normally at the factory doors.
A strong external pressure, such as a vehicle crash, allows the sheet to exit smoothly.
This ensures driver safety and minimizes damage to the sheet.

Recovery is simple enough that you don't need to call a repair technician, so you can save on the A/S cost.
You can also open and close doors quickly and safely by pushing the door with a forklift in an emergency.

Installation in perfume factory


You can install automatic factory doors in the factory to prevent a fragrances from being mixed or diffused. If there was frequent access to equipment and supplies, you would become very convenient to move after installing the automatic door.
You can open the door manually by pressing the switch, but you can open it automatically with cutting-edge sensors such as the metal sensor (LOOP sensor), infrared sensor, and ultrasonic sensor!

Metal detecting sensor


The metal detecting sensor places a loop coil on the floor to detect that the magnetic field formed at this point is transformed into a metal object approach. Not only is it strong for moisture and heat, but it is also semi-permanent and applies to high speed doors installed externally.

Photo sensor


Photo sensor (safety sensor) applies to all COAD products!
A safety sensors consisting of a light emitting part and light receiving part are attached to the left and right sides of the automatic door.
If there is a person or an object in the middle of the automatic door, The light receiving part will not receive light from the light emitting part. The automatic door again moves up and remains stop.
