Aluminum


COAD Thailand produces the high speed door by aluminum. This is applied of all frame as basic specification. Could you compare the material of aluminum and stainless? Aluminum is the water-resistance and high strength from outside impact. COAD tried to test the durability of material. As a result, the stainless is corroded only 6 months later. Therefore, the aluminum is durable material to maintain the operation of automatic door.

No limitation on Size


COAD-10 is possible produced by 10M*10M. By this size, general entrance could be installed. If the size of space is more than 10M, we suggest to install two rapid doors at that space. Therefore, COAD Thailand does not have limitation of size. In case of narrow aisle, COAD-2 is suitable. This model is slim type of speed door and the motor is placed inside the drum cover. Sensor


Depending on the industrial condition, customers decide the sensor related to the high speed door. The vehicle mainly tries to open the factory door, the loop sensor is suitable. When the vehicle is passed on the loop line embedded in the ground, the sensor detects the metal of vehicle and operates the rapid door automatically. Therefore, drivers could open the automatic door on driving. This is just an example. COAD Thailand has various sensors for customers.

Sheet


In case that the size of speed door is big, the sheet should be durable. We use 2T sheet which is thicker and more tough than 1T. Sheet is double layered structure with SOL screen coating. Therefore, industrial door could be managed at the huge entrance. Moreover, the color and type of sheet are diverse so customers decide any options only for their own speed door.
