Wind-bar and wind-lock system

COAD Thailand installs the high speed automatic door
(ประตูม่านพลาสติกความเร็วสูง) at windy condition. 
C-1 has wind-bar and wind-lock system 
to prevent the separation of sheets by strong wind. 
This structure captures each sheet on the rail and prevent the separation of sheets.
 Therefore, this model could be installed in any location. 
Moreover, customers could exchange the sheet whenever they want.

Aluminium

COAD Thailand imports all raw material from Korea 
and all material is made by aluminium. 
This material is water-resistance and strength from wind and collision. 
So, the high speed auto door(ประตูผ้าใบเปิดปิดอัตโนมัติความเร็วสูง) 
of COAD Thailand is operated for long-term. 
In general, other competitors use stainless because of cheap price. 
Stainless is too weak from outside impact.

To open the high speed automatic door(ประตูม่านพลาสติกความเร็วสูง), 
COAD Thailand applies loop sensor. 
It could detect the metal objects of vehicle 
as it passes on the loop line embedded in the ground. 
So, drivers could open the high speed rapid door(ประตูม้วนอัตโนมัติ) on driving. 
Moreover, if customers request to operate 
the high speed industrial door(ประตูอัตโนมัติความเร็วสูง) by vehicle and person, 
infrared sensor is suitable. 
This sensor could capture both motion when they are on the range of sensor.

First of all, the speed door COAD high speed door( ประตูไฮสปีด)  provides a wind-bar which connects the sheet to each other to increase the resistance of the wind. It relieves the build-up of the sheets and supports them to keep them from falling off the rails.
